These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the vjjl online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at vjjl.net and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform" or "vjjl").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on vjjl, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders and visitors.

To be eligible to use the vjjl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the service:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from the vjjl Platform or any other gaming platform operated under PAGCOR licensing;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of vjjl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

vjjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the vjjl Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update your account information if any details change. vjjl is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vjjl account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Notify vjjl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

vjjl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

All financial transactions on the vjjl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). vjjl supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times. vjjl does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and account standing. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of submission during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. vjjl reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering: In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, vjjl may require you to provide proof of identity and source of funds before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Funds must be withdrawn using the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

vjjl reserves the right to void and reclaim any funds that are determined to have been obtained through fraudulent activity, system errors, or in violation of these Terms.

vjjl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free game credits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• vjjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be voided;
• vjjl's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

• The outcome of each game round is final once confirmed by the system;

vjjl publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results do not predict future performance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vjjl Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to vjjl support immediately;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the vjjl Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or vjjl staff through any communication channel.

vjjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, accessible from the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the vjjl Platform without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vjjl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.

vjjl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit vjjl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

vjjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vjjl implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and vjjl cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.

vjjl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

You may close your vjjl account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and applicable withdrawal processing times.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vjjl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

vjjl operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

vjjl may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Where changes are material, vjjl will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the vjjl Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
